In our quest for peace and quiet, things sometimes get a bit unsteady. Using a variety of media including video, photography, painting and sculpture, Wobbly presents works that teeter between domestic bliss and emotional crisis.This project was assisted by the Australia Council for the Arts, the Australian Government’s arts funding and advisory body.
Also, on 28 March, GRANT STEVENS’ exhibition Islands opens at Nature Morte Berlin, in conjunction with Speaking in Tongues, featuring the work of Bari Kumar, Aditya Pande, Samaraendra Raj Singh and Mala Iqbal, the exhibitions run until 2 May.
GRANT also is featured in Play, an exhibition curated by Avantika Bawa at Spruill Gallery in Atlanta, USA from 20 March until 25 April.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS…..
JITISH KALLAT is one of three artists exhibiting parallel exhibitions as part of India Contemporary at Gemeente Museum of Art, The Hague from 28 March until 21 June.
JITISH has work in Mythologies at Haunch of Venison London’s Burlington Gardens Gallery from until 25 April and Passage to India Part II at Initial Access: Frank Cohen Collection in Wolverhamption, England from 17 March until 1 August.
JITISH is also featured in The Tropics - Views from the Middle of the Globe at Iziko South African National Art Gallery, Cape Town, South Africa from 1 April until 14 June.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS…..
PETER ALWAST and GORDON BENNETT feature in I have Not Been Myself Lately… at QCA Gallery (formerly Dell Gallery), Queensland College of Art, Brisbane until 19 April. GORDON also has work in Black & White: Documenting Indigenous Australia at Wilbow Gallery, Monash Gallery of Art, Victoria until 3 May.
The touring exhibition The World in Painting featuring works by JOHN CITIZEN is currently on show at Newcastle Region Art Gallery until 3 May.
RICHARD DUNN is featured in GalleryaSydney 1964 - 1983 on show at Campbelltown Arts Centre, Sydney from 20 March to 3 May, as well as in Faith and Lust: Various Approaches to Formalist Abstraction, curated by Alex Lawler, at Flinders Street Gallery, Sydney until 2 May.
FIONA LOWRY is a finalist in this year’s Wynne Prize at the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney until 24 May.
A portrait of JOAN ROSS by Matthew Lynn is currently on show in the Archibald Prize at Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney until 24 May. The portrait “Heiress”, features JOAN wearing her artwork “They came and took whatever they wanted without regard”, a kangaroo fur Victorian ball gown.
